Map update 0711

We live in the age of Tom-Tom Sat Nav and Google maps. However, there are still times in this increasingly digital world, when only a big printed map will do! So when MEPC Milton Park wanted a 3 metre x 1.5 metre map panel to show prospective tenants how their prestigious new 102 office development was close to all of Milton Park’s facilities, they asked us to make them one.
Printed and mounted to robust 5mm Foamex sheet, with a protective matt laminate that also makes it easier to read, it’s mounted to the wall using clever self-adhesive invisible hanging plates which fit onto smaller wall mounted hook plates . These need just 1 screw hole each into the wall, so when the building is let, and the map removed, the making good of the wall will be nice and easy. It also means they are quick to install too – which is handy.
The small black device at the front of the picture is our laser-leveller which projects a dead flat level-line onto the wall, so panels are always installed without the need to “judge by eye”. It also means we can install a series of panels next to each other and be sure they are all at exactly the same height too.

So if you need giant panels with maps on them, or with anything else on them for that matter, come say hi at to see what else we do, and how we can help with your next project.  You wont need a map to find us though – just click the link!
